Breeders Chihuahua
As with most breeders, chihuahua breeders usually have a photo of their champion dogs available and will support the local rescue.
Avoid buying dogs from puppy mills, street brokers or pet shops, because this is like buying a pig in a poke. The only good way to acquire a healthy animal is to look for a reputable kennel. There must be medical certificates, registration papers and pedigrees. Besides, true enthusiasts stay in touch with all of their buyers and thus keep track of every dog they have sold. Choosing a reputable kennel is a challenging task, and it requires a lot of time and patience. Dogs that are socialized and healthy, they have no fear for strangers, so chances are you can trust this person and purchase a puppy from him or her.

Reputable kennels may or may not show their dogs; if a kennel doesn’t participate in competitions it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is unreputable. Showing a dog is often intended to prove only that the dogs are of show quality and good breeding. Buying a dog you should visit the kennel yourself and see the living conditions of the puppies and whether they are socialized and healthy. It is important to see the parents of the puppy to have an idea what it will look like when grown up.
